Scribe
Turns raw call transcripts into structured Confluence documentation — summary, action items, risks, decisions and open questions — written the way my delivery team already reads them.
The problem
Client calls produced decisions nobody wrote down. Notes lived in one person's notebook, and three weeks later we were relitigating scope from memory.
What I built
A pipeline that takes the raw transcript, extracts the five things a delivery team actually needs, and publishes a Confluence page in our house format — with owners on every action item and a risk register entry when the model detects hedging language from the client.
Outcome
Documentation stopped being a chore someone skipped on a busy Friday. The unexpected win: the risk-detection pass surfaces soft commitments early enough to renegotiate.
